Come work with NYC Parks Stewardship to care for local street trees! Volunteers will learn how to aerate, cultivate, mulch, and identify street trees. They will also learn about the important roles street trees play in New York City. Face masks may be worn at your discretion. Space is limited and registration is required. This event has been funded in part by NYC Service.

🏞️3. Kissena Park Forest Restoration🏞️
Volunteer with the Stewardship Team to protect the forested areas in Kissena Park! Volunteers will contribute to ongoing restoration work and learn the importance of species diversity to ecosystem health. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants, and clothing that can get dirty. Face masks may be worn at your discretion.

With so much happening in life both at school and home, it's hard to always stay happy. Happiness is the key in life and by remembering what makes you happy, your whole day will get better.
